Our Story

Too many young men today are growing up without the consistent guidance, support, or leadership they need to thrive. They’re facing real-life challenges—broken homes, absent fathers, peer pressure, social media influence, violence in their communities, and a justice system quick to punish but slow to understand.

At 14 ROUNDUP, we saw the need and decided to act.

Our story began with a simple but powerful calling: to walk alongside young males, primarily ages 14 to 17, during one of the most critical and vulnerable stages of their lives. We’re here to provide what many are missing: mentors who listen, leaders who care, and life-changing guidance rooted in faith, respect, and real-world experience.

We believe every young man has a God-given purpose, but reaching it requires more than potential. It requires survival skills for life: how to manage emotions, handle conflict, make wise choices, and rise above the pressure to conform to negative environments.

Too often, we’ve seen what happens when these needs go unmet—school dropouts, incarceration, or worse. That’s why we focus on prevention, not punishment. Direction, not discipline. Purpose, not just potential.

Our mentors are committed men from all walks of life—fathers, coaches, professionals, community leaders—who step up to say, “You’re not alone, and your life matters.” Through personal connection, life skills training, and faith-based encouragement, we help our young men break cycles, overcome obstacles, and become strong, self-directed leaders of tomorrow.

This isn’t just a program. It’s a movement of hope, healing, and transformation.
