You’re willing to walk through hard conversations, offer encouragement, and help shape a young man’s character while being open to growing yourself.
What It Takes to Become a 14 ROUNDUP Mentor
Basic Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Pass a background check and screening process
Complete mentor training and orientation
Commit to meeting with mentees regularly (weekly or bi-weekly)
Attend periodic mentor check-ins and program events
Be open to faith-based guidance and values
